Dear Partner,

As the number of Coronavirus cases continue to remain prevalent in the world, we would like to assure you that we have taken additional preventive measures to both protect our employees and ensure business continuity.

We have taken the following actions:

  • Established a Crisis Management Team, tasked with assessing risk, implementing preventive policies and reviewing daily intelligence from professional sources.
  • Intensified our hygiene policies and implemented spread reduction measures on site. This includes suspending all non -essential meetings and travels and resorting to virtual activities.
  • Institutionalisation of work from home and quarantine policies for staff where applicable. Following the completion of a successful ‘stress test’, we confirm full preparedness to remain operational and continually action our safety protocols.
  • Daily Health Checks- All Staff and Visitors entering and leaving our premises are taken through a rigorous screening process ranging from hand washing, temperature checks, hand sanitizing protocols.

Our Healthcare providers regularly check in to ensure strict adherence and compliance

  • No mask no entry Rule – To comply with state requirements and also prevent transmission of the virus, all staff are provided with a face mask. Our security and safety team ensures customers wear their nose mask properly before and whiles on our premises. We advise customers who can explore our online services to avoid a face to face activity.
  • Implementing policies and practices for social distancing in the workplace – Our offices and schedules have been realigned to create social distancing. Workers are advised to maintain at least 4 feet of distance from others.
  • Education /Awareness Creation: Weekly tips/updates on the pandemic are shared with staff from approved sources like WHO, GHS, and our medical service providers. In addition, artworks and posters that create awareness such as encouraging staying home when sick, avoidance of stigmatization of corvid patients, cough and sneeze etiquette, and proper hand hygiene practices have been placed at vantage points for constant reminders.
  • Testing: Arrangement is underway for all staff to be tested as we believe early detection is the surest way to curb any unforeseen outbreaks.

We will continue to assess the risks and carry out regular reviews of our action plans, taking daily advice and information from WHO and the Ghana Government, and will update our policies accordingly. It is vital that we take these proactive and preventative steps to ensure we continue to protect our employees and others by minimizing the spread of COVID- 19.

We can therefore confirm that at Royal Crown Packaging Limited it is business as usual. We will continue to do our best to avoid any disruption to our normal business.

As the situation continues to evolve daily, we as a business will remain dynamic and review any new developments as and when they occur. Please be assured that we will keep you updated.

Thank you for your continued cooperation and support to our business. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.

Yours Sincerely
